Meet Sharon Wilding, owner of Wildly Yum at Lake Haven Centre.
Tell me about you and how you came to opening such a unique shop at Lake Haven Centre
For the longest time I wandered through life without a clear sense of direction, unsure of the path to pursue. I always had a problem with my weight, and I didn’t want the same for my family, so I sought help from a Wellness Coach who showed me the ‘Nutrition Studio’ model, and everything changed.
This innovative approach to health and wellness ignited a passion within me, giving me purpose and a sense of fulfilment that I had never experienced before. It was in this journey that I found not only a career but a calling, and I have never looked back.
Would you say you are living the dream?
Most definitely, owning my Nutrition Studio Wildly Yum, is a dream come true.
Tell me about the unique offer you have?
We blend health and flavour seamlessly, crafting delicious smoothies and teas that not only tantalise your taste buds but also nourish your body. Our vibrant space is a hub of wellness, where every sip is a step towards a healthier you.
Is the community a big part of your business model?
Our passion is driven by a profound desire to uplift the community. Witnessing the transformative power of nutrition in people’s lives inspires me daily.
We're not just about serving drinks, we are about fuelling ambitions, revitalising spirits, and fostering lasting health.
Tell us what was it about Lake Haven Centre that inspired you open your business?
Lake Haven Centre has always been my local. There is always something happening, in the bustling atmosphere, it promises high foot traffic, for customer engagement.
What does the future hold for Wildly Yum?
Big things! I hope to find like-minded people to dream just as I have and find financial freedom with their own studio.
Lastly when not helping people live their best nutritious lives, what do you spend your time do?
Being active and spending time with my family and friends.
